Refund Policy

1. Return Window
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless a vendor policy clearly states otherwise.
Returned products should be unused and in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
2. Refund Process
Start a return through iMall messaging by contacting the vendor. Once the return is approved and received, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
If your refund is delayed, first contact the vendor, then contact contact@imall.ge for escalation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories are generally excluded from returns, including personalized goods, perishable items, digital goods, and other items restricted by law or safety requirements.
Sale items and gift cards may also be non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute between buyer and vendor about a refund, iMall may assist with mediation and review available order evidence.
Final outcomes depend on applicable law, documented policies, and transaction records.
