By accessing or using iMall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the iMall marketplace, including buyers, vendors, and visitors.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Users who sell on the platform must have legal capacity and comply with applicable laws.

3. Marketplace Conduct

Users must not engage in fraud, abuse, unlawful listings, or violations of third-party rights.

iMall may remove content or restrict access where there is a breach of these rules or applicable law.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, order fulfillment, and customer communications.

All sale agreements are concluded between vendor and buyer; iMall acts as an intermediary platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

iMall provides marketplace infrastructure and is not a party to contracts of sale between vendors and buyers.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, iMall is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from platform use.
